As the hottest spot in town,Chicago Cut Steakhouse, adorned in festive holiday decorations, will take reservations up until 1:30 AM this New Year’s Eve. Guests can indulge in a Surf and Turf special ($65) which features a 30 day Aged Prime Filet Mignon with Two Tristan Lobster Tails or dine from the popular daily menu. Live music from jazz vocalist Typhanie Monique (www.tmonique.com) will entertain a lively crowd from 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM. Included with dinner is a Billecart-Salmon champagne toast which will be served at midnight accompanied by a balloon drop and grand celebration of streamers and dancing.
